Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Build and expand the customer base through research, networking, and cold calling to establish new sales opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct on-site surveys to understand the scope of customer requirements and provide accurate pricing estimates based on survey findings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities, following up diligently to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with our customer service team and operations staff to ensure smooth communication and the successful execution of projects.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in Commercial Relocations.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the relocation, logistics, or related industry required.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and develop customized solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools to track progress and manage accounts effectively.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive, goal-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
